Responsibilities
The Pricing Associate - Connect4Ocean is responsible (both directly and indirectly) for;
Consolidation of rates submission from Trade managers within Asia Pacific for both FCL and LCL
Ensuring that all rates are always valid
Ensures all rates are submitted to the Connect4Ocean global team in a timely & proper manner
To check on rates validation and correctness of rates provided
To work on benchmarking exercise to ensure rates are in line with best rates using available tools such as IE. RCM/Xeneta/past month rates
To approach the right parties for the input on lanes where rates are not available yet

Qualifications
At least 2 years Freight Forwarding (related Industry) experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Problem solving ability
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft application
Excellent written and spoken English language
