Acquire BPO is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Case Support Analyst to support us, RingCentral.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility will be processing expense reports for US employees using Concur expense reporting. There are international subsidiaries as well using Concur and this volume will grow.
Ensure that transactions are processed in compliance to guidelines including: Global Expense report policies, Approval Authority, Amortization, Cost Center/Account Guidelines, Country Specific Rules etc.
Maintaining and updating Expense reporting policy.
Working with new subsidiaries as part of a team to implement Concur expense reporting
Maintain and develop key performance indicators for expense reporting process.
Knowledge of AP processes related to Invoice processing and Payments.
Requirements:
Experience working in a global corporation shared service or BPO Finance/Accounting organization supporting global subsidiaries or clients
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA a plus but not required.
Must be willing to work North American hours.
Experience with expense reporting system. Concur preferred.
Experience with ERP systems: NetSuite preferred however SAP or Oracle ok.
In addition to expense report processing specific experience in one or more of the following areas (North America Invoice Processing, Payment preparation, Credit Card Program Management, Expense Report Processing, Partner Payments, Electronic Payments)
