Essential Function
Application of New and Renewal of Business Permit
Process Filing and Payment of BIR Returns
SEC Filing
Application and Renewal of Accreditation from Government Regulatory Agencies
Vehicle-Related Compliances
Other Compliances
Monitoring and filing of contracts.
Prepares Secretary Certificate for change in Signatories.
Preparation of other legal documents necessary for the operation of the company
Account Reconciliation:
Tax Payments
Creditable Withholding Taxes
Expanded Withholding Taxes
Posting of Monthly sales to BIR books of accounts
Monitoring and Initiating Payment Request for Real Property Taxes
Process Issuance of NPE Invoice of all ALFA Purchases
Fill up Annual Philippine Statistics Survey
Qualifications:
Graduate of B.S Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting-related course
At least 1 year experience in Compliance
Amenable to work in MAGUIKAY, MANDAUE - AREA
