Job Description The role reports administratively to Claudine Morga, Learning Services, Senior Manager. Conduct compliance training monitoring and follow up by compiling statistics and improving existing training tracking tools and training follow up mechanism. Be the one-stop help-desk service for advising and supporting MBPS Compliance on the use of the compliance training platform including: exploring Compass functions coordinating Compass usage training responding to MBPS employees' enquiries on Compass Perform simple LMS troubleshooting to MBPS employees, if necessary Stay on top of new compliance training resources and developments in the industry and provide recommendation to Asia Compliance.
