JOB DESCRIPTION
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of issues
Maintain logs of privacy-related incidents reported to the DPO
Facilitate reporting of the DPO of the Annual Security Incident Report
Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities
Document Management (Compliance & Legal Transactions)
Assist in collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure effective and efficient updating of company policies, systems, and procedures (PSPs)
Assist with reviews and edits to PSPs as needed.
Ensure secured and efficient handling of PSPs, compliance and legal records in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Execute strategic initiatives to improve the document management system
Coordination with partner Law Office
Facilitate notarization of documents
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, BSBA major in Internal Auditing, or any equivalent course.
Experience in the areas of compliance and legal and/or in quality document management (preferably in the Manufacturing Industry)
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint)
Certification related to compliance and/or risk management is an advantage but not required
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to excel with minimal supervision
