1..Work closely with the Team Head to be aware of the project for processing and type of application to be filed.
2. Secure needed list of requirements government agencies.
3. Coordinate and make follow ups with other the Business Relations Manager and other NCI departments on requirements needed to complete the permit application
4. Arrange for the sign and seal of professionals of plans and documents
5. Coordinate with the BRs the delivery and pick up of plans and documents for client's signature
6. Perform other functions as deem necessary by Superiors
1) College Degree (preferably in the field of Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering) license not necessary - can understand technical matters relating to the permit application
2) 5 years of relevant experience in handling permit applications, dealing with PEZA, LGU, BFP, Barangay & DOLE
3) With pleasant disposition, can communicate well
4) Willingness to travel to provinces for submission of application
