COMPLIANCE MANAGER
 
The Compliance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and supervising the preparation, submission, and timely filing of tax returns and clearances with the BIR, obtaining permits and licenses from the local government units, applications for accreditation and renewal with government regulatory agencies as well as compliance with the requirements of other entities, whether public or private, local, national or international, that the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI), RAFI Micro-Finance, Inc. (RAFI MFI) and Kool Adventure Camp, Inc. (KAC), (collectively "the Group"), may transact with.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reviews and files the monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing requirements of the Group
Ensures compliance with BIR rules and regulations as well as BIR substantiation requirements, and the proper withholding of taxes
Monitors and reviews applications and renewals of accreditations and permits with any local government, PCNC, and MNRC
Initiates the drafting of, and updates the comprehensive tax and regulatory guidelines, best tax and regulatory practices and planning techniques for the Group
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant or Lawyer
With at least 3 years of relevant experience
Preferably with community work/social development experience
