Compliance Lead -Sr. Associate Level

Your Role
- Lead and implement the Cooperative's internal and external compliance goals
- Manage and supervise an effective legal and regulatory compliance program
- Create and manage action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
- Manage the regular audit of the Cooperative procedures, practices, and documents to identify
and resolve possible weaknesses or risks
- Maintain a clear and consistent reporting process to provide stakeholders with timely and
relevant information on all aspects of compliance
- Lead a team to deliver the Cooperative's compliance targets
Your Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience in a Compliance role
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, cooperative or a related field
- Thorough knowledge and experience in government legal & regulatory requirements
- Knowledge in Cooperative laws and practices
- Strong business acumen, with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong integrity, ownership, and initiative
- Comfortable working in Google Suite applications
