About the Compliance Head - Savings Bank Role:
Based in Makati, but would be required to timely report in the Cavite branch, you will be leading the thrift bank's development and implementation of compliance programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, review, and update the bank's compliance programmes
Work with various business units involved on the bank-wide implementation of the compliance programmes
Advise the board of the bank's risk exposures relevant to compliance and provide recommendations
Conduct regular compliance testing in accordance to BSP's regulations
Ensure an environment of compliance awareness bank-wide by providing training and advisory services to bank personnel
To succeed in this Compliance Head - Savings Bank role, you must be a seasoned compliance officer from a reputable bank.
Key Requirements:
At least eight years' experience doing compliance in a bank or similar financial services company
Knowledgeable in all areas of compliance: AML, regulatory and testing
At least three years' people management experience
Proficiency and updated knowledge of BSP regulations
Excellent know-how of banking operations in a similar business
Integrity, flexibility, and people skills
