Job Purpose:
Support the Office of Global Technology Compliance and Audit team with capacity challenges
Overview:
A junior member of the team, motivated to learn and apply the basics of SOx in the first instance, then IT general compliance and audit within the Compliance and Audit function, and potentially ultimately in the area of project delivery governance and assurance also where the scope of the change relates to new integrations, upgrades etc. is expected to have an impact on compliance.
The professional development opportunity is to ultimately have full ownership of end-to-end SOx ITGC (IT General Controls) audit process, monitoring the control suite for completeness and suitability.
The personal development opportunity is negotiating skills across multiple topics and stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Collection of data from system reports to support SOx testing.
Collation of data from support teams to support SOx testing.
Putting data into standardised testing forms and performing simple analytic tests.
Documenting steps and conclusions of analysis.
Supporting Senior Governance Analyst in tracing detail of identified issues.
Maintaining document trails to suitable standards.
