All work matters related to Crypto products and transactions - to provide provide process improvements and review related to crypto products and transactions
Updating SOPs to mitigate risk in transactions - Accurate and complete SOPs and procedures in line with the risks and regulations
Compliance with regulations specific to crypto - Compliance processes in line with crypto should be up to date and are working according to the regulations
Manage current and future service provider(s) (i.e. Elliptic) (new ones like CipherTrace) - Service provider processes should be in line with the internal policies at all times.
Perform the necessary checks on AML and CTF for purposes of conducting the Risk Assessment which should be mainly conducted by Risk Management team - To review AML and CTF risks in new products related to crypto
Perform investigations on any crypto related incidents - To investigate involved wallet addresses related to AMLTF activities.
Review data related to alert disposition associated with AMLTF assessment of the EDD team - To review and provide in-depth analysis on crypto-related data to show AMLTF cases
Liaise with new EDD team for crypto related alerts and concerns - Proactively improve knowledge on crypto AML typologies via review of data generated from investigations
Assist other Compliance related concerns that associates crypto i.e. regulatory inquiries, audits, etc.
Graduated from a 4-year business, accounting, law, or related course from a reputable institution.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
