POSITION SUMMARY:
The Compliance Support Administrator role is responsible for various compliance-related tasks that add value to our client base of Finance Brokers, Aggregators, Vehicle Dealerships and Lenders.
Working closely with the team of NCCP-focused analysists you will assist with loan file audits, compliance adherence. The role will also incorporate timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks as directed by Directors, ensuring a smooth operation of our office and general business and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide general customer service support and especially compliance-related expertise to our growing list of 'retained service' clients. These clients are mostly Finance Brokers and the service we provide includes being an 'add on' compliance team to their business and therefore the support provided includes regular NCCP-focused file audits, review of their general compliance and ACL-related procedures and policies, answering any ad hoc query they have and in general, we help their business run smoothly from a compliance perspective.
A key and mostly daily task will be the completion of Loan File audits focussed on NCCP and Responsible Lending adherence for our Asset Finance and Mortgage Broker clients.
Working closely with the directors, you will also contribute to the review of client businesses; focused on their Australian Credit Licence obligations, related conditions, and adherence to NCCP guidelines. Such reviews will be accompanied by customised and comprehensive reports that identify areas of risk and recommended practical steps for improvement.
Attend to our clients' ACL administrative updates when required, including co-ordination of their annual ACL renewal.
Miscellaneous updates to general business records and registrations

Bachelors degree
Excellent communication skills
