Vice PresidentCompensation Control is responsible for Group-wide compensation planning, forecasting and analysis as well as the month end closure and the accurate financial reporting of
compensation and benefits. It is an integrated compensation controlling function.This role is Salaries, Benefits & Pension (SBP) Subject Matter Expert for Global Compensation which is critical for the governance and reporting of salaries, benefits and pension costs of the bank. This role has a global scope, covering all regions/entities, and from a divisional standpoint covers the front offices as well as all the different infrastructure areas. This role is also responsible for the overall validation and control of SBP costs of the bank, ensuring periodic review is done to detect irregularities or errors, and that balances are fully substantiated. As SBP SME, he/she partners with Business FDs and HR Business Partners globally for any insights or clarifications on employee costs.
