JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
Compensation Consultant as Project Lead for HR Total Rewards consulting projects with focus on Development/Designingon clients salary structure at Nomura Research Institute Manila.
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility is Total Rewards review including creating Total Rewards Philosophy, Benchmarking, Salary Structure Development but also includes Job Analysis (including Job Description creation), Job Evaluation, diagnose client organization's current issues and design solutions and strategies to help clients transform their organizations.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position works closely with Manager / Principal / Partners in NRI Manila. You will also have opportunities to work directly with other project managers, project leaders, or any other working colleagues and third-party partners, members from HQ collaboratively and transparently, while taking your own active initiatives.
WHAT WE COUNT ON YOU:
Involve and lead projects on analysis and execution of HR consulting projects, especially in Total Rewards including Organizational Design, Job Analysis, Evaluation, Salary Review, Design and Data Analytics.
Involve and lead designing new or enhance existing HR programs and solutions.
Mentor and coach business analysts while working on projects in a team.
Work closely with Business Sector Head in the development/enhancement of the HR/TR solutions for the clients.
Assist sales and marketing activities to expand networking, increase potential project leads to project creation which includes but not limited to:
Build potential client network
Promote the Company brand
Prepare and present proposals
Follow-through on proposals to close the deal.
Keep abreast of latest global best practices, trends and developments in OD and relevant fields through continuous research and study.
HOW YOU STAND OUT:
Degree and above in business or human resources management discipline.
Relevant M.S. / MBA degree is an advantage.
3 years experience as HR consultant or HR Business Partner on a Total Rewards Strategic role in either of followings:
Organization Design, Job Design
Job Analysis (including Job Description creation), Job Evaluation
Grading System, Performance Management System, Promotion System review
Total Rewards review including creating TR Philosophy, Benchmarking, Salary Structure Development
HR Data Analytics
High level of critical thinking and conceptual problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric with strong commitment to contribute to clients successes.
Strong work ethic in delivering outputs on time.
Curious and inquisitive and flexible
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
