As the Compensation and Benefits Officer, you are responsible for providing support to the HR Manager in the areas of payroll and benefits administration and other related HRD services.
 
You will also be responsible for relieving the President of administrative and clerical duties.
 
Your Key duties under this role:
Preparation of Payroll of Executives/Sales and Rank & File Employees
HMO, Group Life Insurance, and Government-Mandated Benefits Administration
Disseminates important messages to Executives/Managers.
Handles travel arrangements for the superior's trips.
Prepares and types notices, agendas, and reports, to Excom/Board/Stockholders' meetings and transcribes the minutes of the Opcom meetings. These reports are confidential in nature.
Acts as ISO Document and Data Control Custodian and is responsible for updating ISO manuals and other quality documents.
Acts as a Property Coordinator and Files Custodian of the department.
What You Need To Bring
1-2 years minimum of experience in a corporate environment
2-3 years minimum of experience in payroll processing, use of Jeonsoft an advantage
Attention to detail and accuracy
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and escalate potential risks
Any experience attending board meetings and taking minutes would be an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
