QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management,
Business Administration or equivalent.
With at least Ten years of experience in HR Administration focus on Compensation & Benefits.
With 5 years of experience in end-to-end Compensation and Benefits functions (strategic planning, retirement benefits, salary proposal, merit increase/cycle, Watsons Tower/Mercer)
With at least 7 years of experience in supervising and managing direct reports and partnering with executives and manager
In depth knowledge in Government Mandated Laws and Statutory Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits best practices and policies.
Experience in pharmaceutical, retail and drugstore is a plus
Ability to work effectively within the organization on the standardization of policies and procedures, materials and systems.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Skilled in MS Office applications and other office tools.
