Responsibilities
Benefits:
Manage GSO's Benefits through appropriate online platforms such as Workday and PPH (GSO's internal portal)
Support relationships with service providers and renewal of benefits coverage
Ensure the Benefits Design and Strategy remains fit for purpose and is market aligned
Compensation:
Evaluate every position and determine the proper market value for the job (through salary surveys and statistical analysis), including building pay bands/salary ranges
Co-ordinate the annual salary review and bonus process
Manage all ad-hoc compensation related activities such as salary benchmarking
Liaise with the Finance Director as may be required for accrual and other accounting issues related to compensation and benefits
Performance:
Manage the annual performance evaluation process through the company's performance evaluation system
Provide guidance on the performance evaluation system for managers and employees
Identify individual training and development needs
Reward/Recognition:
Provide support to key reward/recognition initiatives
Dealing with queries from the HR Team and with Account Management Team on rewards and recognition matters
Legal and HR:
Liaise with the General Counsel and HR Director (Employee Engagement) to ensure that compensation and benefits are aligned with legal requirements and that the same are properly documented and implemented.
Support the HR team and the business in any other HR initiative
Maintain appropriate regulatory and legislative knowledge relating to reward- related HR policies
Coach managers and employees on the successful interpretation and application of relevant HR policies, procedures and initiatives
Deal with inquiries on Company and Government mandated benefits
Qualifications
At least 8 years of management of compensation and benefits program of a BPO or IT-focused firm
Implementation and management of flexible benefits
Required Skills/Experience
Good communication skills, fluency in the English language;
Results oriented;
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability;
High levels of integrity, confidentiality, diplomacy and resilience
Flexibility
IT and numerical skills, including Advanced Excel, PowerBI or similar programs
Experience in navigating with Workday
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related subject or relevant experience.
Work Arrangement:
Under a hybrid work-from-home arrangement, aligned with work schedule of the GSO Administration Team
Modified Day Shift (10 am to 7pm) or Mid Shift (3pm to 12mn)
