Job Overview:
You will be guided and mentored by the Accounting Supervisor to adhere to the company's vision, mission, and objectives. You will learn about compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor and benefit laws.
Job Objectives:
● To oversee employee compensation and benefits and its databases.
● To ensure that all employees are provided with their corresponding compensation and benefits.
● To maintain error-free transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Prepares, files, records, and updates reports.
● Assist employees with questions on compensation and benefits.
● Analyzes transactional expenses and supports the accounting department.
Job Specifications:
● Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, or any related field.
● With knowledge in using spreadsheet applications.
● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● Willing to work in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
