Job Summary:
The job incumbent is primarily responsible for leading the timekeeping process, leaves management, attendance management and overtime of the employees. Ensures timely release of payroll, salary adjustments, final pay, retirement, CBA increase, and other-related payroll pay-out. Monitors and supervises payment compliance for government-mandated and company-initiated benefits. Supervises management of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and 201 File Management. Oversees budget for manpower cost across RGOC.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Psychology, Management or any field or its equivalent.
With at least 8 years' experience in Human Management with at least 2 years spent in a supervisory capacity in Compensation and Benefits.
With knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws, Knowledge in Government Mandated laws and Statutory Benefits, Compensation and Benefits practices and policies.
With business understanding onTimekeeping, Compensation, HRIS, Benefits and latest trends in economics and salary best practices
