In charge of the whole spectrum of employee compensation, welfare and benefits administration from government mandated to company sponsored benefits
Ensures compliance to compensation practices set forth by labor law and by the Company
Manages and oversees employee attendance/timekeeping and payroll administration process
Evaluates existing salary and benefit structure including incentive schemes by creation of quarterly comparison report
Conduct salary and labor market research and benchmarks
Recommend a consistent compensation guidelines that matches our organizational culture
Apply effective compensation communication strategies
Prepares periodic reports to government institutions
Liaises with government agencies to ensure statutory compliance
Maintains and updates employee records in payroll system: change of employment status, adjust rates, provide leave credits, etc
Research and analyze benefit plans, programs and policies in line with our company's requirements and standards
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior or management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder
Preferably 2 years supervisory/leadership experience in Compensation and Benefits
Can interact with different level of employees
Willing to work in Pasay City
