Role Overview
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be joining the Compensation and Benefits Team in managing the payroll administration and management of the company. Fast-paced job enrichment within the C&B function requires flexibility and drive towards career growth. This resource will be directly reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Head and working with cross-functional teams.
Job Description
Manage final pay and regular payroll processing in coordination with payroll vendors
Liaise with government agencies (BIR, SSS, PAGIBIG, etc)
Provide comprehensive, customer service oriented guidance to employees as the subject matter expert of payroll and benefits processes and computations
Administer benefits in an accurate and efficient manner to all employees of the assigned site
Perform compensation and benefits analysis to sustain the market competitiveness of the compensation structure
Propose and execute professional recommendations on optimizing policies and procedures
Maintain and cultivate the third party partnerships of the Atos C&B team
Generate relevant feedback and reports on vendor performance using data analysis and other tools
Perform other work duties as assigned
