Job Summary:
The Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role involves ensuring that the organization's compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and administer the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits packages.
Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive compensation levels and benefits offerings.
Maintain salary structure, job evaluation systems, and pay policies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Review and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
Collaborate with the HR team, accounting department, and other stakeholders involving payroll processes and deductions to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters, including inquiries and issue resolution.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all compensation and benefits practices.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in the design and implementation of employee recognition and reward programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management and other related disciplines;
Has at least five (3) years of experience doing payroll, compensation & benefits management, with extensive knowledge in processing government remittances;
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and program design;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees, managers, and external partners;
Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and benefits administration;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation information with discretion; and
Willing to travel.
