Compensation and Benefits Manager
The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for the design and development of compensation and benefit plans and programs within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's objectives and ensure salaries and benefits comply with the company's principles on employee performance and pay equity
Keep track of prevailing pay rates and set programs to ensure we offer competitive compensation plans
Determine local and global employee benefit best practices by continuously benchmarking industry and employment trends and tracking legislation
Conduct Salary Analysis on incumbents and new hires as an input to promotions, adjustments, and job offers
Qualifications:
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
At least 10 years work experience in Compensation and Benefits / Total Rewards for multinational companies and/or local conglomerates
At least 2 years work experience in supervising a team
Retail industry experience is an advantage
