Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring accurate, complete and timely processing of associates' benefits and appropriate compensation
Will Co-lead company's move to a robust human capital management system to ensure process efficiency and higher accuracy within the workflow and other aspects of Human Capital Management Delivery.
Implements projects/activities based on the HR Operational Plan and directives from the leaders of the Human Resources Group.
Ensure and manage the implementation of compensations and benefits of associates' movement (i.e. promotions, honorarium, regularization, position upgrade, longevity pay, allowances, professional increase, and other adjustments related to compensation).
Preparation of Salary Analysis for job offers, off cycle salary adjustments and company-wide annual merit increase implementation
Oversee the timely implementation of government-mandated benefits as well as company initiated benefits (i.e. rice subsidy/grocery allowance allocation, study loan program, hospitalization, maternity assistance
& other benefits).
Reviews and evaluates the department's systems, procedures and output and recommends changes or improvements whenever necessary.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs to verify they are aligned with the copany business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes
Participation in salary surveys and monitoring of trends affecting pay and benefits of the company
Ensures smooth coordination and implementation of functions, activities, and programs. Develops policies, procedures and work instructions of the department.
Leads, prepares, conducts and ensures the accuracy of the signing of Employment Contracts and Notice of Personnel Action of associates
Job Requirement:
Graduate of BS Psychology / Behavioral Science / any related course
At least seven (7) years working experience in the field of Human Resource Management specifically in Compensation and Benefits.
Willing to work onsite
