The Section Manager shall provide administrative support to the SLMC organization by leading the section in the accurate, complete and timely processing of associates benefits and appropriate compensation.
Role:
Ensuring SLMC Compensation plans comply with the relevant and updated government-mandated benefits
Reviews and evaluates the section's systems, procedures and output and recommends changes or improvements whenever necessary.
Ensure employee benefits comply with the current government-mandated benefits
Ensure timely issuance / enrollment / deletion to Benefits accesses per employment status (eg life insurance).
Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
Ensure and manage the implementation of compensations and benefits of associates movement (i.e. promotions, honorarium, regularization, position upgrade, longevity pay, allowances, and other adjustments related to compensation).
Ensure the timely implementation of government-mandated benefits as well as SLMC initiated benefits (i.e. rice subsidy/grocery allowance allocation, study loan program, maternity assistance & other benefits).
Prepares and conducts signing of Contract of Employment for the newly hired associates
Participate in salary surveys, conduct analysis and benchmarking to determine salary competitiveness
Ensure compliance to C&B best practices and legislative changes
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
