Job description :
Perform daily timekeeping activities
Monitor employees unauthorized absences, tardiness and unauthorized undertime.
Process, keep track and record of employee leaves, official business and overtime.
Prepare attendance summary of all employees including project-based or contractual employees, on-the-job trainees, independent H.R. contractors, MLC and OLC instructors, etc.
Ensure the company's compliance to the mandatory reportorial requirements of the SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, and others.
Prepare necessary reports to be submitted in Government agencies (monthly, quarterly or annually)
Inform all employees about timekeeping and benefits procedure, and government mandated disclosures (SSS, Pag-Ibig, HSBC Salary Loan, etc.)
Update the enrolment of electronic filing or online registration with different government agencies for newly hired employees.
Update records of employees file (APA) especially for newly hired employees.
Process documents for employee's salary loan.
Provide general administrative support to the HRDM.
Requirements
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in HRDM, Psychology or any business related course
One (1) year work experience in the related field is required for this position
Knowledgeable in timekeeping, government mandated benefits, loans and payroll
Computer literate, particularly in MS Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
