The Company Nurse and Health & Safety Officer is focused on health promotion and disease prevention. Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
-Provide first-aid treatment and assessment when necessary
-Coordinates with employees in regards to monitoring of health status
-Conduct Safety Orientation to new hires and new on-site vendors.
-Ensure statutory compliance with DOLE DO 198.
-Respond to emergency cases.
-Leads implementation of health protocols, especially in times of pandemic.
-Leads coordination with LGU's and medical partners on suspected/ confirmed cases.
-Leads annual fire drill and pandemic drill.
Requirements
-Must be a
Registered Nurse.
-At least 1-2 years of extensive experience as Company Nurse preferably in a BPO/Contact Center set-up.
-Attended and completed BOSH Training preferable.
-Has knowledge and experience in processing/completing DOLE requirements.
-Experience in providing assistance to every employee regarding queries to health
-Issue and monitor supply of medicines and conduct first aid services.
-Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
