Job Description
1. • Develop and implement health and safety programs.
2. • Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
3. • Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
4. • Maintains medicine and first aid kit of the company.
5. • Ensures compliance to the requirements of the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards.
6. • Implements the COVID-19 Health Protocols of the company including the antigen testing whenever necessary.
7. • Facilitates annual simulation drills for First Aide, Earthquake, Fire, etc.
8. • Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
9. • Performs any other relevant tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be a registered Nurse
• Must have at least 1 year experience as Company Nurse in an industrial set-up.
• First Aid Training and Basic Occupational Health and Safety Background is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Critical-thinking skills.
• A warm and caring disposition
Preferably a resident of Cavite (Trece, Tanza or of other adjacent municipalities.)
