Job Description
Conducts regular health monitoring (blood pressure, weigh, etc.)
Updates and maintains personnel medical files
Conducts monthly inventory monitoring of medical supplies - Assists during Company Physician's weekly visits
Assists injured patients to the nearest hospital
Checks authenticity of medical certificates - Recommends and implements health and wellness programs
Assists HROD in the execution of the Annual Physical Examination (APE)
In-charge of promoting Safety Culture within the company
Assures that the company's Safety Manual is implemented and practiced throughout the organization
Assesses the safety standard in the company; conducts regular safety inspections
Determines and controls hazardous working conditions in the workplace
Suggests and implements safety initiatives/programs
Submits necessary health and safety reports to HR Manager and Safety Consultant
Submits mandatory yearly health and safety reports to DOLE
Job Qualification
Graduate of BS Nursing
Registered Nurse
With at least one (1) year of experience as Company Nurse or equivalent
Preferably with BOSH training and OHNAP certification
