DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for providing basic first aid and evaluating employees' health
*Assists Company Physician and Dentist during consultation and determining amount of leave the employee should be given
*May conduct thorough examinations on an employee and provide initial diagnosis on medical conditions and if condition worsens, calls for an ambulance
*Coordinates with Compliance Assistant on inspection of possible hazards in any work area or equipment and assess safety standard in the company
*Ensures that company is up-to-date with local health and employment safety legislations
*Responsible for securing and maintaining all employees' health records and equipment
*Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
