Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Nursing and a registered Nurse.
At least 1 to 3 years experience as Company Nurse in a manufacturing set-up.
Must be a team player, flexible, hardworking and with good moral character.
Job Function:
Responsible on all Clinical and provide administrative support on HRAD such as:
Clinical:
Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibilities such as first-aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview, and dispensing of medicine.
Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations.
Refers / transports ill employees to the hospital as necessary.
Conducts periodical plant tour to determine any possible health and safety hazards.
Creates health and safety awareness among employees.
Performs health counseling.
Conducts health education.
Maintains employees' individual medical records with strict confidentiality.
Assess pre-employment medical examination results and coordinates status/evaluation with the recruitment.
Implements immunization programs among employees.
Schedules and implements annual / periodical/ special examination of employees.
Assess results and refer to company physician for medical management, monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
Monitor and encode employees' sick leaves.
Assess employees Health status
Conduct monthly Health Report
Human Resources and Administration:
Monitor inventory and replenishment of medicine supplies
Monitor canteen food nutritional value and cleanliness
In-charge with Safety & Health program
Update Bulletin Board : Health Corner
Record Sickness/Accident Logbook
Assist employees on government benefits and claims
Filing of Sickness and Maternity claims
Liaise with government offices
Ensures that ISO documentation are properly maintained based on HRAD process
Other functions that management may require as necessary in the operation
