Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.
Must be a Registered Nurse.
With at least 1 year of experience Manufacturing or hospital set up.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
With flexible personality and can work with minimum supervision.
As Company Nurse:
Provide assistance to employees' overall health related issues.
Will act as first aider.
Brings employee to hospital in case of sickness and accident.
Plans and implements the annual medical examination and executive check-up of regular employees
Replenish medical supplies; monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time.
Responsible for clinic equipment and supplies.
As HR Assistant:
Assist in other HR related matters such as: benefits administration.
Assist employees regarding their SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig concerns.
Monitor and Apply SSS and Pag-ibig loans.
Process SSS sickness and maternity notifications and reimbursements for the employees
Monitor and apply company health maintenance organization (HMO) and Life insurance.
