Job Summary: Ensure the effective administration of Company Health Protocol Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Implement and monitor Health Protocol 2.Provide medical services and dispensing of medicines to company personnel 3.Renders physical examination, first aid and routine treatment 4.Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plan and maintain medical records 5.Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates 6.Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit 'fit to work' certificate 7.Schedule and monitor Annual Medical Examination of all employees 8.Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies 9.Initiate or create health programs or activities 10. Coordination with the Health Care Provider 11. Maintain and update Employee Medical records and Reports 12. Provides clerical support to the various HR functions 13. Perform other task that the management may assign from time to time
