Company Nurse as new client onboarding team associateReliance Healthcare

Duties and Responsibilities:
The New Client Onboarding Associate act as support and work collaboratively in ensuring Onboarding for new accounts and audit and compliance team deliverables are met.
The key areas that an Associate monitors are:
● Building a comprehensive data "Onboarding tracker/Transition Plan" that serves as a reference of Clinic Management Team and HR Recruitment
● Be able to monitor key recommendations from a clinic audits (tools and equipment)
● Ensure close monitoring of collaterals are delivered for the newly onboarded account
● Be able to support audit compliance team in doing and attending clients' internal and DOLE audits
● Maintain the Training tracker for Activeone clinic staff up to date in line with the audit requirement across all account
● Coordinate with Training department those onsite staff needs to be sent for training as required based on their urgency
Qualifications:
● Preferably OH Nurse
● Ability to thrive under a flexible work schedule environment
● Acceptance of position requirements for significant travel
● Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate clinics. Preferably with training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health
● Ability to understand the role and translate it into day to day actions
● Ability to solve issues and/or problems in a systematic manner
● Confidence to handle situations
● A "people-person" who is able to handle interactions with both subordinates and superiors in a manner that gets the job done
● Critical thinking skills. He/She should be able to think for themselves, make decisions and not always be swayed by what others think.
● Persistence. He/She is able to carry out the requirements demanded of the role.
