Work you'll do
As the company nurse of DSSCI and DCPH:
Act as the point person for pre-employment medical exams, results, and other HMO-related matters.
Coordinate with the HR team on firmwide wellness activities.
Monitor and file automated health assessment forms.
Monitor and screen DSSCI employees and guests.
Update the HR and Admin teams regarding DOH, IATF, and PEZA guidelines.
Conduct contact tracing when a staff member tests positive for COVID.
Monitor inbound secondees during their stay at quarantine facilities.
Act as custodian of the company clinic, including its equipment and supplies.
As an HR Associate of DSSCI:
Assist the Recruitment team in organizing and facilitating new-hire onboarding and orientation.
Assist the HR Head and Employee Relations Officer in the planning, conduct, and evaluation of employee activities.
Assist the HR team in managing the attendance records of staff members.
Perform other HR-related administrative duties that may be required from time to time.

Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Registered Nurse.

Well-developed customer service orientation
Above-average skills in written and spoken English
Keen attention to detail
Strong administrative and organizational ability
Strong interpersonal effectiveness in dealing with professionals
