Our client is a fast-paced start-up co-founded by successful entrepreneurs with the backing of key strategic investors in the video game industry. Client aims to work with popular online video games to improve player experience. Client is developing a scalable and secure data platform to process large amounts of game data and building systems to help detect various game and player events.
As the Community Moderation Lead, you will grow and manage the moderation team in the region and implement policies for different gaming communities. You will collaborate closely with the product and analytics teams to help identify community vocabulary, behavior types, disruption categories, and player dynamics. You will work with the product team to design tools for the moderation team to improve throughput and accuracy. You will work closely with the analytics team to define metrics and derive insights.
We are seeking a passionate moderation lead to join our team, your core responsibilities are:
Recruit and grow the moderation team
Define policies for different gaming communities
Help design and implement processes for improved scale and accuracy
Work with product teams to create models of behavior
Work with analytics teams to define insights and derive insights
What we are looking for:
5+ years of industry experience as moderation lead
College degree
Experience growing and managing a team
Experience overseeing a moderation team and improving moderation processes
Experience with software tools for moderation
Familiarity with data and metrics
Enjoys playing video games and participates in gaming communities
A positive attitude, and a growth mindset
Bonus:
