About VIP Parents
VIP Parents is a real-parents community management platform under theAsianparent, the largest parenting media in Southeast Asia with over 33 millions monthly active users coming to the channels. VIP Parents empowers and enables parents to improve their social capital and earn a livelihood by promoting brands and products through their social media. Submission is run under our fully automated platform to ensure campaign scalability to hundreds and thousands of users within one campaign.
About the role
This role will be based in our Philippines Office.
Job Scope:
- Manage branded campaigns in Singapore
- Create post campaign reports and ensure the correct measurement
- Oversee the quality of postings and selection of profiles
- Manage and create branded brief with Clients and in countries Project Managers
- Respond to inquiries made from branded campaigns applicants through emails and social media in Singapore. - Strategise acquisition and community engagement strategy
- Manage member acquisition execution in Singapore
- Create copies and manage design development of creative assets
- Manage whatsapp groups and social media in Singapore
- Manage users queries in a timely manner within social media, emails, and messaging channels.
- Manage screening of new members as per our set parameters
- Identify prominent influencers and rate them on the platform
- Onboard influencers and community in Singapore
- Manage partnership with relevant companies in the industry
- Support regional and inter-department ad hoc partnership request
- Assist management on various admin task
- Host community online events in Singapore
- Possibility on hosting community in person events in Singapore when travel is safely resume
What are we looking for
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant fields
2. Minimum 3-7 years working experience in media, ad agencies, or digital consultancy companies.
3. Familiar with social media platforms, KOL & community handling, and events management.
4. Proficient in English speaking and able to draft professional write ups
5. Capable to execute basic MS Excel, MS Words, Google sheets, and Google slides
