JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for conducting soft skills training to new hires and evaluate their performance based on their competencies to endorse them for product specifics training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
PROCESS
Conduct Linguistic training as per specified training curriculum
Conduct Pre & Post assessment to identify any red flags (if any)
Provide feedback to specific areas of opportunity
OPERATIONS
Training New hires on V&A /Gramamr / culture and Soft Skills
Provide & Share feedback with associates after assessment
Coach associates on DSAT with a clear understanding of process requirement
Generating and maintaining regular reports
Understand process requirement
AUDITS
Conduct regular audits to check training effectiveness
Conduct Recursive Training based on the Training Need Identification receive from Ops/SPOC/QA/ Analyst/ SDM
TRAINING
Linguistic Training :- Usage of Phonetics as a tool and concept to correct speech defects
Transformational Grammar :- Usage of Syntax to correct errors in Grammar
QUALIFICATIONS:
In order for the job to be successfully performed, the following are the credentials required.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1-2 years experience in foundation skills training
1-2 years hands on experience training module development
LANGUAGE
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess good presentation skills
OTHER COMPETENCIES
Familiarity with Linguistics and Soft Skill Concepts
Excellent Organizational and planning skills
Must be results oriented
Good understanding of Group Dynamics (diversity)
