A Communications Trainerestablishes and maintains professional credibility using excellent verbal and written communication skills, optimum presentation, and facilitation. Speak and write using accurate grammar, clear enunciation, and a smooth flow in training, coaching, and business situations. Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. The Communications Trainer focuses on providing communication leadership and superior customer service to internal customers (i.e., employees and managers) as well as managing multiple projects to achieve business objectives accurately and timely by using solid analytical and decision-making skills to assess performance gaps and learner needs.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Establish and maintain favorable relationships with stakeholders, learners, and management.
Facilitate learning using effective presentation, facilitation, and coaching, using classroom, on-the-job, self-paced, web-conferencing programs, one-on-one, and other delivery methods.
Evaluate and report on instructional and coaching effectiveness using a variety of measurement and reporting tools.
Access, interact with, interpret, and monitor online CRM applications (Salesforce or similar programs).
Desired Qualifications:
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the BPO Training Industry, with Sales and Communications or Foundations as an edge.
Must score at least 4 in all domains of both Voice and Written BUPLAS Assessments
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be experienced in instructional/curriculum design and development.
Must be willing to work night shifts.
Must be willing to work in Pasig City or Cubao, Quezon City.
