Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Positions in this function create and manage employee-related communications, oversee internal channels of communication, and manage and coordinate all-employee meetings - such as Town Halls, Leaders Conversations, etc. Primary Responsibilities: Provide communications support to leaders and operations teams as directed Identify and ensure involvement of appropriate stakeholders in the development/review/approval of communication plans to obtain alignment Collaborate with applicable stakeholders to help define the communication needs (e.g., business objectives or issues to be addressed, desired outcomes, root cause analysis) Define the audience to be addressed in the communication process (e.g., who they are, where they are, how they prefer to get information, reading level and health literacy requirements) Translate complex topics into compelling messages Write and produce content for communication channels, corporate and specific to the business - messages, posts, etc. Execute operations communication plans to ensure proper implementation (e.g., timelines/milestones, budget management, issue tracking, deliverables) Perform post-campaign evaluation of communications processes, identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future campaigns based on results (e.g., apply metrics) Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Degree/PG Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, or comparable experience At least 1-2 years of working in a similar role/position in a comparable organization Project Management experience Experience in managing social collaboration communities (Yammer), SharePoint and intranet Experience in overseeing and producing emails, social collaboration posts, digital signage, print materials, and other communication art works and design collaterals Understanding of audience segmentation Basic knowledge of Canva and Illustrator Basic knowledge of video production Familiarity with mass mailing platforms (SalesForce) Professional proficiency in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills focusing on corporate storytelling, business communications and employee engagement messaging Ability to collaborate, establish relationships and manage initiatives across multiple teams Amenable to work in a Hybrid work set-up Preferred Qualification: Experience in basic HTML and CSS (webpages, intranet pages, email templates, etc.)
