Job Description
Prepare food: Follow recipes to cook food like vegetables, fruits, eggs, pasta, bacon, and potatoes
Prepare dishes: Put together dishes like sandwiches and salad
Ensure quality: Monitor the quality of food and portions served
Maintain cleanliness: Clean and tidy the kitchen, equipment, and machines
Follow procedures: Ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures
Assist chefs: Support the Chef de Partie or Sous-Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen
Maintain personal hygiene: Maintain personal grooming and hygiene to ensure standards are met
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
