The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial and industrial construction, excels in detailed quantity takeoffs, and is proficient in specialized estimating software. This role is critical for preparing accurate budgets and proposals that drive new client acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial and industrial projects, including concrete, rebar, structural framing (steel/wood), and drywall tape & texture.Prepare accurate budgets and proposals for new client opportunities.Maintain strict accuracy standards with takeoff deviation rates below 5%.Meet turnaround goals, completing standard commercial takeoffs and proposals within 3 business days.Utilize specialized software to streamline estimating, takeoffs, and proposal generation.RequirementsQualifications:Minimum 3 years of direct, full-time experience as a Construction Estimator.Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction projects (residential-only experience not accepted).Minimum 3 years of performing detailed takeoffs in relevant scopes (concrete, rebar, structural framing, drywall).Expert proficiency in Stack and PlanSwift for digital takeoffs.Proven ability to learn and efficiently use CRM/proposal software (JobTrek experience a plus).Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, timely estimates.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
