Job Description:
Loan Servicing team manages Business Banking accounts which requires interaction with the market, relationship managers and other line of business stake holders in order to provide the suitable business solutions and services to their Commercial Banking clients. As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will perform variety of roles within the Commercial Banking space, which includes but not limited to account maintenance, money movement process, transaction reconciliation and research requirements of Business Banking accounts.
Responsibilities:
Review reports and/or market and/or banker requests and process the required monetary and non-monetary transactions
Perform an in-depth research and provide suitable business solutions to all requests
Closely work with the market, relationship bankers and business stakeholders with their inquiries and follow-up emails
Provide coverage for any of the support roles, as dictated by business need or volume fluctuations
Communicate with business counterparts and internal colleagues to resolve issues and inconsistencies with the account if necessary
Perform additional duties as assigned based on team requirements
Requirements:
Relevant financial industry experience preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
Possesses strong attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to complete and manage required task within the service level agreement
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Basic office and computer skills is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Not in any performance improvement plan within the last 12 months (for internal candidates)
