Role Description
Drive various initiatives in growing foodpanda's grocery business
Work with different stakeholders within the organization in ensuring smooth implementation of the different projects of the grocery team
Work closely with our sales and account management team, in making sure that we are giving the best customer and vendor experience
Analyze commercial metrics and create actionable plans to be implemented by our different departments
Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" methods in growing our sales, and reviewing its effectivity
Ensure that categories and brands are well represented in all our promotional efforts
Improve your individual skills and abilities through continuous training in order to achieve your targets.
Be the local market expert: gather feedback and provide recommendations for improvements to management.
Have a great understanding of the different categories in our marketplace
Participate in meetings, events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments

Desired Skills and Experience
Candidate with Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
At least 1 - 2 years experience in business development, upselling and similar areas is needed for this position
Ability to analyze vendor and marketing performance
Willing to drive new initiatives to fast track our growth
Willing to be handling different projects
Experience in e-commerce is an advantage
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage
Interest for or good understanding of e-commerce & groceries market
Team player and optimistic and can work independently
Required language(s): English and Filipino
Willing to work anywhere in Metro Manila
