The Role
As a Collections Team Lead, you will be responsible in ensuring that daily and overall operations of the unit are performed in line with the defined standards as primary function. You will also ensure that the Individual/Unit targets are met based on the latest approved KRA as primary function.
How you'll contribute
Monitors flow rate trends and prepares team dashboard deck for month-end performance review.
Recommends and provides action plan to Unit Head if needed.
Responsible for checking that collection officer/ associates are in compliance with accepted procedures and processes to be able to avoid internal or external customer complaints.
Ensures that the Department/Division Procedures and Guidelines Manual are read, understood and complied with.
Monitors daily performance of collection officers using a monitoring sheet and report indicating collectors performance versus target.
Trains and coach low performing officers/associates to help increase performance output.
Ensures that the Turn Around Time for processing of Admin Functions are being met.
What we're looking for
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any field
With at least 4 years of experience in Collections
Knowledgeable in Collection processes
Proficient in the use of MIS and computer programs (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties.
