JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for monitoring and managing the efficiency of the collections.
Responsible for the collection and monitoring of premium status including CWts issued by clients.
Responsible for the monthly collection targets based on Aging of Accounts and credit terms with clients both direct to Insurers and payments to Philinsure.
Responsible for Reconciliation of Direct Payments and shall closely coordinates with finance team to ensure payment adjustments to close the AR account with proper documentation.
Shall assist the finance team to ensure speedy collection of commissions accounts that are directly paid to Insurers being the first contact point with the Client and Insurer for direct payment accounts.
Responsible for the reconciliation of Clients’ Statement of Account and provided to Clients timely.
Shall assist in the reconciliation process of Insurer’s billing being having full knowledge of the status of the clients’ accounts.
Responsible for making sure that Statement of Accounts are timely provided to Clients.
Responsible to flag all Account Officers and Finance for any false bookings (false defined as unauthorized production without client confirmation and insurer’s acceptance of risk).
And other responsibilities in order to effectively execute the direction set by the Head of the branch for collections team.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Holder of  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related course.
3-5 Years of Working Experience in Collections, preferrably in the insurance industry (but not required).
Must be highly analytical
Must be detail oriented
Must be computer literate
must have strong leadership and management skills
