We are looking for a Collections Specialist Lead:
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing collections teams, attaining production goals, ensuring compliance with company procedures and collection laws, and managing payment and settlement options.
Supervise assigned accounts to identify unresolved debts
Develop effective repayment plans.
Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
Oversee all monthly payments and refunds.
Research and implement effective collection techniques.
Perform all administrative duties related to ensuring office efficiency.
Create monthly credit records.
Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Must be a Management Accounting, Accountancy, Business Administration - Finance graduate or equivalent from a reputable university.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Must possess attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Quickbooks or Accounting SAP is an advantage
