Doing outbound calls to customers with outstanding balances on the accounts to be handled and agent must make sure to bargain and discuss to the customer to settle their accounts.
Using empathy and active listening to ensure we have a full understanding of the customer's circumstances to ensure we can provide the most appropriate payment plan.
Displaying professionalism and trustworthiness so that customer data is protected.
Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.

Willing to work on-site (Mandaluyong, Makati, and Ortigas Area)
