About the role
First Circle Collections is looking for a strong candidate who will handle its collections portfolio for
60 days past due. When effecting the collections, the role will require to do the following:
Collections call. There's an outbound call requirement to establish customer interaction during the delinquency period.
Sending Email and SMS. Maintain the communications via approved methods and channels. This includes balance and collections status updates.
Meeting the customer. When accommodating the customer's needs while in collections, we support face-to-face meeting or video conference meeting.
Endorsement to skip tracing. There are customer's that are either change business and home address or simply ghosting us. The role has the capacity to endorse and track the missing customers to skip tracers to regain traction.
Remedial and recovery. In serving the demand letters, the role has the capacity to take the matter to court when the customer has the direct or indirect intent of non-payment as early as 90 days past due.
Characteristics of a great candidate
You are:
Expert in their field. Displays a high level of knowledge or skills in a particular area.
Synthesis. Can take a complex set of inputs and crystalize their thinking so to produce a synthesis. The ability to decide what information to heed, what to ignore, and how to organize and communicate.
A Get-Amongst-It Mindset. Independently driven. Has the initiative to complete objectives without the need for their manager to get stuff done.
Outcome Ownership. Biased to solve problems and Measures the results and not hours: Their performance depends on the magnitude of the problem solved and the quality of the solution created. Are honest about successes and failures in order for them to accurately assess reality and move forward.
Discipline. Organized, Detail-oriented, and Dependable. Means that they are methodical and structured in the way they delivery of results, they complete objectives as flawlessly as possible, and can be counted on to deliver.

About You
With at least two years of collections experience
Preferably with external collection agency handling experience
Open to fresh graduates
