TITANS SOLUTIONS PROVIDER,INC(TSPI) is in need of: 
COLLECTION SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum three (3) – five (5) years’ experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager in collection agencies or financial related institutions.
Knowledge and understanding of collection strategies/processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking capabilities and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment; must have commitment to quality, process improvement and contributing to efficient operations.
Proven presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Very proactive work ethic, and the ability to adapt to organizational growth.
 
Key Responsibilities
A collection supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of a company's activities that mainly focus on collecting payments on delinquent/abandoned accounts. The supervisor's main task is to oversee his/her team by providing motivation, innovation, strategy, and direction to members to meet the company's production/target.
Supervisor routinely checks each team member’s effort, and identify the training needs that will equip them with fundamental skills, knowledge & strategies that can contribute to the success of the company as a whole.
The supervisor is also responsible for reporting to the executive and management teams. Making phone calls/letters and reports to clients or third-party providers to establish positive connections.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
